My client is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with 1+ years experience & a Full UK license

Service Advisor - Trafford Park

Salary -Up to £30,000Basic + Bonus OTE£37.8k (Top performers earning 42k!) DOE & Qualifications

Days - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, 45 hours per week, Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Advisor Role:

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• 1+ years experience as an Service Advisor in the motor trade (Used car dealers/ supermarkets or independent garages)
• Main dealership experience is very beneficial but not essential
