Service Advisor

We are recruiting a qualified and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Hersham.

• Basic salary up to £32,300, dependent on experience
• OTE of up to £41,000, including performance bonuses

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm working hours

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers as a Service Advisor
• Managing and scheduling service and repair bookings efficiently
• Upselling service plans and additional vehicle maintenance options
• Communicating effectively with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Conducting vehicle handovers, explaining technical work and repairs to customers
• Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing invoices
• Promoting dealership offers, loyalty programmes, and customer incentives
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the service department

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or equivalent customer-facing automotive position
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional appearance with a customer service-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and systems is preferred
