Location: Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet & Surrounding Areas Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Bonus (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from booking through to vehicle collection
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance work
• Liaising with technicians and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, timescales, and additional work required
• Preparing estimates and invoices accurately
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
• Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar automotive customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, professional, and friendly approach
• Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence preferred
