Service Advisor

Key Information

• Up to £36,000 salary, dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday working week
• 47.5 hours per week, with Saturday morning rota

Duties

• Booking customers into the service diary efficiently
• Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth operation
• Matching and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Processing paperwork accurately and promptly
• Driving business growth by increasing sales and profit
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and showroom appearance

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or garage environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Motivated with a desire to develop knowledge and skills
• Experience with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
