Service Advisor

Join the Aftersales team at Lloyd BMW/MINI in North Tyneside.

Salary: £27,000 base with OTE of £34,570 DOE

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with one Saturday each month

Role Responsibilities

• Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advise on technical queries and issues.
• Book vehicles into the department for work, informing customers of progress.
• Sell customer repairs/parts and finalize invoices on completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• Motivated with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a well presented appearance.
• IT literate, and working knowledge of Kerridge advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
