We are seeking a Customer-focused Service Advisor to join Brayleys Cars Limited's Honda dealership in St Albans. It's a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager, guiding our customers through their service experience and ensuring they are pleased at every step.

The role involves representing Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, the Home Counties, the Thames Valley, the West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area. Unusually for our industry, the structure and workflows across our businesses mean that we can offer this role with no requirement for weekend working.

Responsibilities

As part of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for handling face-to-face, phone and e mail queries and converting these to workshop bookings. You will manage the end to end customer experience. Day to day, you will:

  • Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to use our workshop facilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service as the face of Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands, guiding customers through their visit for repairs and maintenance
  • Meet team and individual sales targets by selling added value products such as continuing maintenance plans
  • Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when customers collect their vehicles after repair
  • Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations
Qualifications / Ideal Experience

A successful service advisor is someone who loves meeting people, helping them, and ensuring an outstanding experience when visiting one of our businesses. You may have worked in hospitality, another retail role, or be returning to work after a break - if you love meeting people as much as we do, you'll fit in.
