Your Responsibilities as a Service Advisor: Customers spend more time with Service than Sales, making the Service Advisor a key customer-facing role. You'll build long-term relationships, manage the service journey end-to-end, and represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs. Deliver exceptional aftersales customer care, building rapport to understand needs and guide customers to the right products and services. Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, and ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience. Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. What we are looking for in a Service Advisor: A proven high level of customer service skills, and enjoyment in working with the people. Previous experience of working in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting but not essential Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms. Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude. Able to multi-task and switch between tasks whilst remaining organised. A team player who offers help and support to others. Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information. Thrives in a high-pressured environment.
