We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor to join our Loughborough dealership, supporting customers through every stage of their service and repair journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences. You do not need to have worked in the motor industry previously - full training will be provided for the right person.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a professional, welcoming, and transparent experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their service or repair needs
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers informed throughout
• Liaising with technicians and internal teams
• Explaining work completed and invoicing clearly and accurately
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is organised, approachable, and confident dealing with a wide range of people
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment
• Is comfortable using computer systems
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Advisor, Customer Service Executive, or in retail, hospitality, or call centre roles is advantageous - but not essential.
