Compensation and Benefits

• Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus commission/bonus.
• Good pension scheme.
• 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.

Location and Hours

• Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
• Monday to Friday 08 00, and one Saturday morning in four.
• Free on site parking.

About the Employer

Partnered with an established motor industry client looking to recruit two full time permanent Service Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the Service Department.
• Book customers' vehicles into the Service Department over the phone and face to face.
• Explain and sell the repair process and cost breakdown, building customer relations and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications, Competencies and Knowledge

• Good organisational skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in the motor sector preferred - not essential.
