Service Advisor

Overview

Friday 8am till 6pm & Saturdays on a rota 8am till 1pm. Location: Bristol. Benefits: 22 days holiday, Free eye tests, Free flu vaccination, Company events, Staff Discounts.

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System experience.
• Previous experience in Upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving License (subject to driver's check).
