8:00am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday - 1 Hour lunch break (No Weekends)

At Drive Motor Retail Leamington, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, and motivated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems), this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm - No weekends.
• Uncapped earnings - Basic of £28,500 with an OTE of £37,500.

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
• Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards.

• Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect).
• Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• A valid UK driving licence.
