Service Advisor - Bicester
Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 DOE
Hours: 44.5 hours per week across three alternating shifts Monday to Friday.
Shifts: 07 00, 08 00, 09 00.
Saturdays: Every third Saturday, 08 00.

My client, one of the leading commercial main dealers globally, is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced commercial vehicle service advisor for their Bicester depot.

• Understand and adhere to service core process as set by the brand and company.
• Carry out a robust job preparation process; focusing on detail to ensure all customer vehicle issues and information are captured and followed up.
• Inform customers of outstanding recall campaigns and arrange for work to be completed.
• Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for the repair - retail / fleet / warranty.
• Check account detail and level of credit left, obtain authorisation and order numbers from customers.
• Promote additional workshop services/repairs where applicable.
• Deal with customer needs over the phone and face to face with a professional and friendly approach.
• Carry out daily update calls to customers on vehicle progress in the workshop.
• Follow up all 'No Show' bookings.

• Previous technical/mechanical background would be a clear advantage.
• Motor trade experience is essential.
