Salary: £35k - 38k per year + Benefits per annum

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, excellent customer service, upsales and administration skills. Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling
