Our BMW Dealership in Bristol are looking to appoint an accomplished and enthusiastic Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a great experience for our customers in for servicing and repairs
• Booking services
• Communicating any required repairs to our customers
• Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years experience working in a Service department in a franchised dealership
• A full clean UK driving License
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
• Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential

Working in the Service Team means that no two days are ever the same. As a member of our Service Team, whether you are front of house, assisting customers with their service enquiries, or behind the scenes assessing a vehicle's safety, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the very best customer service long after they've purchased their car or motorcycle from us.
