The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Managing customer enquiries
• Providing updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff
• Preparing estimates and invoices
• Explaining repair work clearly and professionally
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Building long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar motor trade position
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised and professional approach
• Ability to manage a busy workload
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Full UK driving licence preferred
