About the Role

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team.

You'll play an important role in making sure every customer receives a professional, friendly and hassle-free experience - from booking their vehicle in through to collection.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs
• Welcoming customers and managing front-of-house reception
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Discussing vehicle requirements with customers
• Providing regular updates on vehicle progress
• Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop staff
• Authorising and coordinating additional repair work
• Processing payments and completing service documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the process

Who We're Looking For

Previous motor trade experience is preferred, but we're also happy to consider candidates from strong customer-service backgrounds who have the right attitude and transferable skills.

• Strong IT and computer skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
