Service Advisor - Customer Experience & Upsell Focus

Listers Group Limited is hiring a Service Advisor for its Volkswagen Dealership in Loughborough. The role runs Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with Saturdays on a rota, and offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £40,600.

You will drive high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, team-based environment, schedule workloads with the workshop, and upsell our service range while keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring timely handovers.
