Service Advisor - Bursledon

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join a family owned car dealer based in and around the Bursledon area. They are looking for an additional member of staff to support their current Service Advisor.

Our client offers a unique Monday to Friday working week and would ideally like a Service Advisor with motor trade experience to join their team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Generate and process invoices for work completed.
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide assistance or direct calls appropriately.
• Interact with customers face-to-face, welcoming them and addressing their needs upon arrival.
• Work at the front desk, managing customer inquiries and requests.
• Schedule and book customers for service appointments.
• Liaise with the workshop to monitor and communicate the progress of work on customers' vehicles.
• Receive and process vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ! NO WEEKENDS!
