Working Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Saturdays: One Saturday per month (typically the second Saturday), 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.

The Role

As our Service Advisor, you are the face of our garage. You will manage the customer journey, from booking to collection, ensuring that technical updates are communicated clearly and professionally.

• Customer Communication: Explain services and repairs in a clear, friendly, and honest way.
• Booking Management: Utilize our GDS system to manage the daily workshop schedule.
• Relationship Building: Deliver the high-level service our long-term customer base expects.

About You

• Experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive experience is preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on honesty and transparency.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with computer systems.
• A team player who takes pride in local reputation.
