Service Administrator (23736)

We are looking for an organised, friendly, and professional Service Administrator to support the effective delivery of services within our Child and Family Centre. This role is often the first point of contact for families, visitors, and partner agencies, making excellent customer service and communication skills essential.

Peterborough Child and Family Centre Service delivers services across Peterborough from:

• East Family Hub (PE1)
• First Steps Family Hub (PE1)
• Honeyhill Family Hub (PE4)
• Orton Family Hub (PE2)

Staff work flexibly across all Family Hub sites to ensure the effective delivery of services and support to children and families.

The core purpose of the service is to ensure that all children have the Best Start in Life and achieve positive outcomes. A key focus is reaching the most vulnerable children and families through a combination of universal open access and targeted services.
