What to expect

• Free team meals every shift, plus unlimited Chai
• £16.50-£17 per hour inclusive of tronc (based on the last 3 month's average); pay on a monthly basis
• Full-time role working across 5 days, Monday Sunday availability required
• A weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance
• All day café, daytime and evening shifts (not always late nights)
• Access to award winning training programmes and support; proud of promotion of 211 Dishoomwalles last year
• Annual holiday paid at usual rate; sites closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day; extra day for children to attend their first school day
• Smart casual & comfortable attire; trainers acceptable; no uniforms

As a Server/Waiter/Waitress

• Greet guests day or night with a smile that makes them feel welcomed
• Transport guests to Bombay with knowledge of all drinks, bar snacks, curries, sharing plates and popular Dishoom dishes
• Ensure clear communication with team so everything runs smoothly, regardless of number of tables

So, what are we looking for?

• Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress - at least 1 year in a high volume restaurant, following detailed steps of service (including allergen procedures) and managing a busy section
• A desire to grow - we promote Head Waiters from within; our manager masterclass programme supports future leaders
