On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Lausanne agency is looking for a waiter/waitress. Previous experience as a waiter (minimum 3 years of experience). AFP diploma, CFC and Federal Certificate or equivalent qualification in hospitality and service with excellent customer service skills. Dynamism, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure. Good team spirit. Mastery of French is essential, knowledge of English is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends). Welcome and serve customers professionally. Take orders and relay them to the kitchen. Ensure fast and efficient service while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain impeccable cleanliness of tables and the dining area.
