The Global SEO Strategist will develop and implement strategies that drive organic growth across markets, ensuring SEO best practices, optimizing website content, and enhancing visibility. The role involves collaboration with local and global teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives and regional needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. NGL Integration: Oversee migration to NGL (Next Gen LORA) for SEO priorities. Ensure all copy is SEO optimized based on targeted keywords. Release SEO guidelines to upskill markets.
2. Post Integration: Lead global SEO strategy development. Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies. Monitor and optimize SEO performance. Manage stakeholder relationships. Stay updated on SEO trends. Oversee content and technical SEO. Mentor internal teams on SEO best practices.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based at Aesop's London Bridge head office, with two remote days per week.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital marketing or related field.
• Proven experience delivering results in SEO.
• Expertise in technical SEO and SEO best practices.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and understand regional markets.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and commercial acumen.
