The Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the webshops across 6 international markets, from launch new features and working with designers, to keyword research, technical audits and implementing SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Ownership of the full round SEO strategy across 6 international markets to achieve organic growth. from keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinking strategy and competitor analysis to conducting regular technical audits, optimizing site structure, mobile usability, and page speed. Track and report key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to improve rankings and conversions.

• Work with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product listings

• Identify and implement UX/UI enhancements to improve site navigation, usability, and conversion rates, from briefs to designers to development coordination to ensuring all updates align with SEO best practices and a consistent brand experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
• Experience in Google Ads is a plus.
• Comfortable working in WordPress (WooCommerce experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, HTML/CSS
• Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and understanding of Jira, Asana, or similar project tools
• Strong critical thinking, highly organized, and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills in English (our working language). Other European languages are a plus.
