SEO & Organic Growth Marketer

We're looking for a SEO & Organic Growth Marketer to blend technical SEO, content strategy and modern search insight to drive measurable growth.

You'll get stuck into technical improvements, support content direction, and help clients show up on Google as well as AI-led searches.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements across client websites, including keyword research, content structure, internal linking, crawlability and performance fixes.
• Develop and execute organic strategies aligned to commercial goals, identifying growth opportunities across search and content.
• Stay ahead of modern search trends, including AI-driven results and evolving discovery platforms, ensuring sites are structured for visibility beyond traditional rankings.
• Monitor performance across rankings, traffic and conversions, using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4 to drive continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with:

• Hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical and structural SEO
• Genuine interest in AI search and modern search trends
• Awareness of how search behaviour is evolving beyond traditional rankings
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proactive and curious approach to learning
