Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer with skills in UK Engineering Design - MEP and Electrical Design to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering a wide range of electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with other building services.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to support the development of detailed electrical designs.
• Develop specifications, reports, and drawings for electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Extensive experience in UK Engineering Design - MEP and Electrical Design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate electrical designs into overall building plans.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical support to construction teams and address any design-related issues that may arise during the construction phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of the electrical engineering department.
• Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and progress.
