Young People Count is a youth space in Pocklington at the heart of the community - energetic, warm, real, and shaped by what young people actually respond to. It's a place where teenagers come to breathe, create, talk, laugh, and just be.

We're now recruiting a Senior / Lead Youth Worker to help steer the day-to-day running of the space and keep things feeling safe, lively, and youth led.

This isn't a clipboard-and-quiet-corner job. It's relational, hands on, and rooted in giving young people the space and respect they need. You'll be part of a small, supportive team, an adult who listens, who joins in, and who helps hold the room when things get busy.
