Job Description
Responsibilities and Qualifications 
- Manage and improve end-to-end whistleblowing case processes (intake, oversight and closure) in line with policy and governance requirements
- Provide functional leadership to colleagues in the Krakow Centre of Excellence team and line-manage one UK-based GCB5
- Operate whistleblowing controls, carrying out quality checks and escalating issues when needed
- Good knowledge of HSBC's Group structure, business areas and key stakeholders, with a strong awareness of our culture
- Proven people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management across multiple locations, to deliver consistent outcomes
- Strong knowledge of whistleblowing policy, procedure and guidance
- Demonstrated experience of investigations, operations, and working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Sound understanding of the operation of compliance controls to meet governance and regulatory expectations
- Strong analytical skills, with clear and confident written drafting
