Senior Wellbeing Practitioner Dementia Care Lead

Elm Tree Court in Hull is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to support residents' daily wellbeing and develop engaging programmes alongside the Hospitality & Wellbeing Manager.

You will promote meaningful activities, build community links, and provide person-centred support to residents, including those living with dementia. Must be able to work with families, care teams and external partners in a compassionate, proactive manner.
