Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the company's social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement activities.
Design and execute cross-platform marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Create visually engaging 3D architectural animations and renderings for promotional and project purposes.
Develop and manage visual content calendars for all digital platforms.
Oversee brand identity across digital and physical channels, ensuring consistency in tone and aesthetics.
Produce high-quality graphic designs, including catalogs, brochures, and online ads using Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Collaborate with management on creative strategy development and execution.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital media and social engagement.
Coordinate and implement interactive social media events such as contests and campaigns.
Stay current with trends in digital media, 3D technology, and social platforms to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital content production, and media strategy.
Advanced proficiency in tools including 3Ds Max, Corona/Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AutoCAD.
Strong ability to interpret architectural and interior design projects and convert them into photorealistic visuals and animations.
Proven track record of leading creative projects and delivering high-quality visual content on schedule.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign management, and digital advertising tools.
Fluency in English is required.
Additional languages such as Dutch, Turkish, or Arabic are considered an advantage.
