Senior Visitor Experience & Events Lead

National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a dynamic Senior Visitor Experience Officer at Rufford Old Hall. The role focuses on creating memorable experiences, managing events, and guiding a team of volunteers to deliver excellent visitor engagement.

You will report to the Property Operations Manager, help run a busy heritage site, and support monthly dementia outreach and accessibility initiatives while working a 22.5-hour week on a fixed-term basis to 24
