Senior Vice President, Restructuring and Special Situations

PJT Partners in London seeks an experienced Vice President to join the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. You will lead the origination and execution of restructuring transactions and work closely with clients, lenders and management teams.

The role involves developing detailed business plans, evaluating returns, and negotiating with multiple stakeholders. Strong English and French language skills, and a background in corporate restructuring or acquisition finance are essential.
