We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product Manager to join our Custody team. This role is located in London.

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the end to end product roadmap for the middle east, aligned to firm wide platform and regional growth priorities
• Define product vision, scope, and success metrics for MENA custody capabilities, including onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting

Market & Regulatory Engagement

• Act as the primary product interface with local market infrastructure and regulators
• Translate local regulatory, membership, and technical requirements into clear product and delivery plans
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence and change management

Delivery & Execution

• Work with cross platform engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivery milestones
• Support quarterly planning with clear capacity, dependency, and risk articulation

Stakeholder & Client Focus

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise including Commercial teams to align client demand to capabilities
• Incorporate client and market feedback into product enhancements and roadmap evolution
• Clearly communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Product management experience in custody, securities services, or post trade domains
• Direct experience with MENA capital markets, custody models, or market infrastructure
• Strong understanding of custody operating models, settlement flows, asset servicing, and market connectivity
• Proven experience working with regulators, or market utilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross functional delivery in regulated environments
