Senior Veterinary Surgeon & Clinical Lead

Grange Hill Vets in Lichfield is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to lead clinical standards, governance and the delivery of outstanding patient and client care.

You will provide clinical leadership to the veterinary team, oversee complex cases and act as the primary source of clinical guidance within the practice. The role includes mentoring new graduates and driving quality improvements across the clinic.
