Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Accommodation available

Are you a dedicated veterinary professional looking to elevate your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? This senior role offers a competitive salary band ranging from £64,000 to £85,000 (FTE), with ample room for growth and development. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is highly valued, and there is a commitment to providing opportunities for further clinical or management advancement.

Responsibilities
  • This position includes a branch Saturday rotation and a 1:10 Sunday rotation at the local hospital, plus one bank holiday per year. Flexibility is key, and there is an option to explore this role as a 3-day week. Importantly, there are no on-call requirements.
  • Be responsible for routine GP consultations and surgery with support from the local group hospital for complex referrals and out-of-hours care.
  • Guide and support an associate vet who will work between branches.

Support and Resources

This sole charge position requires confidence in routine GP consultations and surgery, with ample support from regional management. You will also be responsible for guiding and supporting an associate vet who will work between branches.
