We're now looking for a Senior Vehicle Technician - someone with strong technical ability who takes pride in doing the job right, and who enjoys helping others reach that same standard.

About the Role

This is more than just a technician job. As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you'll be part of a forward-thinking and unified team where your role is both hands-on and people-focused:

Undertaking diagnostics, servicing and repairs to a high standard.
Leading by example - setting the tone with your quality of work and professionalism.
Supporting and coaching junior and mid-level technicians as part of your day-to-day work.
Sharing your knowledge in a structured way, not just informally and ad-hoc.
Maintaining your own performance and efficiency targets while contributing to the wider success of the team.

What We're Looking For

An experienced and professional Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is looking for that step into a Senior Vehicle Technician role.
Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to help others succeed.
A confident communicator who can guide, support and encourage those around them.
A team player who can maintain strong individual efficiency while still making time for others.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (plus a £500 sign-on bonus which will be payable after 3 full months service).
