Role Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: London/2-3 days onsite/week
Duration: 31/05/2027

Role Description:

• Join us as a Senior UX Designer in the (XDP) team, helping shape the shared experiences, design foundations and future-facing capabilities that underpin digital products.
• We are building a platform-first design ecosystem where experiences are enabled through design systems, reusable patterns, accessibility standards and Al-assisted workflows. This role will help define how design is practised, scaled and delivered across the client, ensuring teams can create consistent, high-quality experiences at pace.

To be successful as a Senior UX Designer, you should have the following essential skills:

• Extensive experience designing complex digital products and services across web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in user-centred design practices, including interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping and prototyping.
• Strong experience facilitating design discovery, workshops and collaborative design activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer, business and technical requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise design systems and applying reusable patterns, components and standards at scale.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and experience working closely with engineering teams through implementation.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Experience contributing to or governing enterprise design systems and design operations.
• Knowledge of design token methodologies and design-to-development workflows.
• Experience designing Al-assisted experiences or incorporating generative Al capabilities into digital products.
• Familiarity with service design techniques and complex end-to-end customer journeys.
• Experience using analytics, experimentation and research insights to measure and improve experience outcomes.
• Contributions to design communities, standards, frameworks or industry thought leadership.
• You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific design expertise
