Senior User Researcher - GDS

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic government agency as they are looking to hire a talented Senior User Researcher who has a proven back working GDS Principals.

Key requirements

Professional user research experience in conducting a range of methodologies (lead criteria)

Professional experience of working with multi-disciplinary user-centred design professions and digital delivery professions

Professional experience of working with internal stakeholders in government

Professional experience of working in Discovery phase of live service

Ability to help an organisation adopt a wide range of user research methods, and to choose the correct methods for the user group and desired outcome

Experience practising GDS way of work as best practice

A good demonstrable experience in complying with GDPR and Accessibility legislation, and understanding of how these impact UR processes and procedures
