One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager in Europe.
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to take the lead on growth strategies across multiple mobile game titles. This role is focused on driving user acquisition and retention through innovative, ROI-optimized campaigns. You will work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are high-performing and continuously evolving. The position is fully remote within European time zones.
Accountabilities:
- Design and execute cross-platform user acquisition strategies (e.g. social networks, SDK networks, DSPs).
- Optimize large-scale UA campaigns with a focus on installs, retention, and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze UA performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad assets.
- Manage relationships with ad partners and attribution tools to ensure accurate reporting and optimal campaign performance.
- Lead reporting and dashboard creation to track KPIs and support business decisions.
- Guide internal teams on best practices for UA, attribution, and budget planning.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, ideally within mobile gaming.
- Strong track record of executing UA strategies from soft launch to global scale.
- Deep knowledge of tools like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, and MMPs (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Experience with SKAN, attribution modeling, and creative testing.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading team members is a plus.
