Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Are you an experienced Senior Urban Designer ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a leading design practice in Cardiff who are seeking a driven professional to step into an Associate-level role, with the opportunity to lead projects, mentor a growing team, and play a key part in client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a talented Urban Design team on a variety of projects
• Tackle ownership of client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions
• Support and mentor junior designers
• Play a key role in business growth and fee earning opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Urban Designer, ideally with management of projects and teams
• Ambition to progress into an Associate role
• Strong client facing skills and ability to develop relationships
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to fee earning
