Senior Underwriting Strategy Lead

Yonder in London is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to own underwriting strategy end to end, setting risk boundaries, the decisioning rules and models that action it, and the portfolio outcomes that prove it worked.

This is a senior, hands-on role with exposure to leadership, the CRO and the wider credit risk team to shape strategy and build it. You'll defend numbers to leadership and regulators and move quickly from idea to live test.
