Senior Undergraduate Recruitment Lead

Maynooth University is seeking a Senior Student Recruitment Manager (Undergraduate) to lead undergraduate recruitment strategy, outreach activities and a student centred recruitment experience while supporting application growth.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership for undergraduate recruitment, oversees engagement with schools and guidance counsellors, CRM campaigns, and analysis of recruitment performance and market trends, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
