Job Description
W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a Commercial Counsel for the UK to join its global legal team.
You will own a broad range of commercial matters, negotiating complex SaaS and partner agreements, and supporting strategic deals while advising on contractual and compliance risk. A solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 5+ years of in house experience is preferred.
