Job Description
W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading international SaaS company to appoint a Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team. You will own UK and US commercial matters, negotiate complex SaaS and vendor agreements, and lead strategic deals while advising on contractual risks.
The role requires a solicitor qualification in England & Wales, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and cross functional collaboration skills.
