Senior Treasury Analyst

seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Global Treasury Operations team. The role focuses on day to day treasury operations, month end close, general ledger reporting, and SOX compliance for our In House Bank.
Key Responsibilities Daily Treasury Operations- Monitor and reconcile EMEA cash reports and inter company current account balances on a daily basis, ensuring accurate journal entries and source postings.
- Maintain, enhance, and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data quality.
- Develop and maintain automated Tableau dashboards and workbooks to monitor daily posting accuracy, reporting integrity, and key treasury metrics.
- Deliver month end closing activities and perform complete reconciliations across systems.
- Oversee month end rates and validate interest accruals and capitalization bookings.
- Complete and maintain closing documents that demonstrate governance and control.
- Update closing documentation and approvals on file reviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution, ensuring accurate general ledger reporting of the participants.
- Validate daily and monthly accounting transactions for IHB participant entities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Maintain treasury KPIs, including payment matrix approvals, governance controls, and Tableau dashboards.
- Own SOX compliance across In House Bank processes and maintain control documentation after every process change.
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors and support the Controllership and Tax teams.
- Partner with finance stakeholders on audit queries, delivering timely, accurate documentation.
- Maintain the controls register and audit trail documentation.
- Build and improve Workday financial reports to support treasury operations needs.
- Contribute to monthly management reporting and treasury presentations.
- Conduct monthly reviews and analysis for the In House Bank.
- Perform monthly bank fee analysis using General Ledger data, identifying trends and cost saving opportunities.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows and evolve automations from day one.
- Provide backup support across the Treasury Reporting and Innovation team.
- 3-5+ years in treasury operations or an accounting background.
- Understanding of IHB structures, inter company accounting, and interest rate management.
- General ledger reconciliation experience in multi bank and multi currency environments.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial ERPs.
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow and automation.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent-CPA/CTP preferred.
- Experience in a global technology or multinational treasury function.
