Job Description
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is recruiting a senior Commercial/Quantity Surveyor to lead across multiple major transport projects from inception to completion. You will manage cost planners, interface with contractors, project teams and senior stakeholders to drive value and governance.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS/MCIPS, and significant experience with NEC contracts, tendering, compensation events and final accounts.
