Job Description
Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Transaction Legal Coordinator (Manager) in Strategic Advisory to lead the central legal process function across Debt and Capital Advisory and Transaction Advisory Services. You will coordinate NDAs, release letters and related documents, and act as senior contact for deal teams and external advisers.
You'll oversee an Assistant Manager, manage escalations, liaise with AQRM and internal risk teams, drive standardisation and reporting, and help improve turnaround
