Senior Training & Practice Coach (Care Homes)

HC-One - People Development & Engagement is seeking an experienced Senior Training Facilitator to lead training across a group of care homes. You will deliver mandatory training, coach staff, and provide practice development to ensure compassionate, person-centred care.

You will also lead a team of Training Facilitators, ensuring consistent delivery, high standards, and strong engagement with Home Managers across Midlands and North of England. Regular travel and field-based work are involved.
