Senior TPM Manager, Risk & Cross-Org Programs

Stripe's Risk team is seeking a manager to lead a team of Technical Program Managers and Product/Program Managers to deliver complex, cross-cutting programs. You will hire, coach, and grow a team of TPMs and also contribute as a TPM on the most challenging initiatives.

This role focuses on cross location leadership, defining strategy, managing delivery, and improving communication and productivity across Stripe's global teams.
