Description:
Our client is looking for highly experienced Technical Project Managers with a strong background in mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and complex vendor-driven telco projects. preferable Nokia 5G/4G Core, CNF (specific PCRF, PCF, OCS, CHF)

You will lead a major migration project where the existing PCRF platform is moved from a vendor-specific cloud environment to a Red Hat OpenShift (RHOS) based solution. The network functions (policy and charging CNFs) remain with the same vendor, but the cloud and hardware layers will be replaced. This requires solid coordination skills, technical insight, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to the PCRF cloud migration
• Manage project meetings with the vendor, Core teams, Billing, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and run Steering Group meetings for management-level stakeholders
• Coordinate internal workstreams, migration sequencing, and overall timelines
• Align and plan activities with other ongoing network and cloud transformation projects
• Oversee customer migration to the new platform, ensuring KPIs and monitoring processes are in place
• Ensure proper handover to Operations, including documentation and acceptance
• Track internal orders for IP connectivity and platform integration
• have financial understanding, and advise correct migration strategy, with minimum customer impact

Required Experience:

• 7-10+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager within mobile core networks
• Strong technical understanding of PCRF/PCF, OCS/CHF, EPC/5G Core
• Experience managing cloud migration projects (RHOS experience is an advantage )
• Solid vendor management background within large telco environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact at both engineering and management level
• Ability to drive large, multi-stakeholder projects with high complexity
• English is the working language

Candidates must already be eligible to work in Scandinavia
